Compensation: 

  • $32 - $34 per hour with starting based upon experience
  • This is a 32-hour week (Mon-Thurs) position allowing you a flexible work arrangement

JOB SUMMARY

The HR Generalist works with the Executive Pastor and Director of Operations to support a full range of human resource programs, including recruitment and selection, policy development and administration, employee compensation and benefits, employment law compliance, professional development, and organizational culture to support a healthy, engaged workplace.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate for this position would be a devoted follower of Jesus interested in becoming a member of the CTK church community. The position requires an Associate’s degree and two or more years experience working in human resources programs which could include recruitment and selection, employee relations, policy writing, benefits administration, compensation administration, and worker’s compensation administration. Work experience may be substituted for education. It is preferred that the candidate has work experience in the non-profit or ministry environment and holds a human resources certification.
